Our Mission
The mission of the Warren Area Board of REALTORS® is to enable its members to deliver the highest level of service with the greatest degree of professionalism through effective communication, education and training, impacting public policy, and dedication to integrity in the workplace and to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. The Warren Area Board of REALTORS® strives to promote the image of the REALTOR® in the community.
Association Profile
The Warren Area Board of REALTORS® (WABOR) was founded in 1917 and serves approximately 325 REALTOR® and nearly 60 Affiliate Member companies. WABOR is one of approximately 53 local Boards of REALTORS® in the state of Ohio.
The membership of WABOR is comprised of licensed real estate agents and licensed brokers who are dues-paying members; affiliate members who are engaged in some aspect of the real estate industry and also pay dues (i.e., banks, title companies and inspection companies), and non-profit community organizations who do not pay dues (i.e., Consumer Credit Counseling, Contact Community Services, United Way, etc.).
WABOR exists to effectively and efficiently respond to the needs of its constituent members by protecting and enhancing the rights and capabilities of its members to conduct their business; enabling the public in a competent and ethical manner; and fostering a favorable real estate environment.
